immadetaly my leg stars hurt and I have to get back to the bed. And well,I have gained few kgs. But it's okay,I don't really care about it , The leg is more importain for me now. As soon as I will be able to workout I do it Also I eat some sweets time to time,and my mom is happy when she see me eating chocolate,because I didn't eat sweets for morre than 2 years,and I was thinking about it. I think I will make something like "cheat meal" I would like to call it treat meal. And I will try to eat more new things. (coconut milk is my new favorit :3)
The first workout I will do is going to be Jillian's 30 days sherd,then it will be T25 or Bob Harper,and after all these workouts I want to start with Kayla's 12weeks BBG,also I would like to start running,cause my brother wants to start running and he wants me to join me.
Maybe I will start running in summer when everything end up okay. :)
This year I want to lose weight in healthy way,I want to enjoy food and my life too.
